What to know: The Washington Commanders were the ‘magical run’ team of this year, and as most of these runs end, it came to a screeching halt yesterday in the form of a 55-23 BEATDOWN from the Philadelphia Eagles!

If you had to guess how many Touchdowns would be scored by the Philadelphia Eagles in this game before it had started, maybe you say 4. Maybe 5. POSSIBLY 6!

…The Eagles scored EIGHT Touchdowns last night, and all but one of them came on the ground. The Commanders had glimpses of hope, but this one was all Eagles for 4 quarters. The Eagles are no doubt one of the most prolific rushing offenses we have seen in a while. They put up another 230 yards on the ground yesterday, anchored by 118 from Saquon Barkley! Barkley also tacked on 3 TDs!

You know who else had 3 TDs? Jalen Hurts! The duo combined for 6!

It was an amazing year for the Commanders! Nothing to be ashamed of. This should be the start of a great run for Washington! They’ve got their new owner, their new Coach, and their new STUD QB! Jayden Daniels showed up today, but his team around him turned the ball over 3 times! Just a tough scene!

It’s on to New Orleans for Philly! We’ll see if they can stop the Chiefs and their quest for a 3-peat!
