Turkey and Football, a match made in heaven. I wonât keep you long with this story today, but hereâs a preview of todayâs NFL action.
Bears vs Lions: I will never be upset about being able to watch the Detroit Lions play football. Not this team, not ever. You match that with the Chicago Bears and their young star QB, Caleb Williams, and this is the perfect appetizer for a Thanksgiving feast. The Lions are about as hot as any team in the NFL, and I wonât be shocked if they keep it rolling at home on the holiday.
Giants vs Cowboys: The struggling Giants head to Dallas to take on the injury-plagued Cowboys. The battle of Cooper Rush and Drew Lock is the perfect recipe for a mid-afternoon nap. So eat your turkey and taters, pour some gravy on those bad boys, and forget about this one for a little. Who knows, maybe itâll be one of those where both teams are bad enough that itâs competitive.
Dolphins vs Packers: The nightcap is probably the most exciting of all the Turkey Day games. The Dolphins have been hot since the return of Tua, and they actually may be alllll the way back. Theyâll be up against the Packers, who have won some really close games against some good ball teams in the last 5 weeks. Jordan Love is back and finally healthy, but running back Josh Jacobs has carried the load, literally, the last few weeks. Wake up from your post-nap coma to this game, and itâll be a good one.
